These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sendfy | Bulk SMS, Whataspp Marketing, AI Agent & Payment Gateway (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including messages sent using your API keys.
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law, to send content that is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory or unlawful, or to send messages to recipients who have not consented to receive them where such consent is legally required. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
The Service is billed on a pay-as-you-go, volume-based pricing model as described on our pricing page. Balances added to your account are used to pay for messages as they are sent. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
We work to maintain high availability and reliable message delivery through a multi-gateway architecture, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service or of any third-party SMS gateway or carrier network.
Sendfy | Bulk SMS, Whataspp Marketing, AI Agent & Payment Gateway and its associated branding, software and documentation are the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as necessary to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendfy | Bulk SMS, Whataspp Marketing, AI Agent & Payment Gateway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including message delivery delays or failures caused by third-party gateway or carrier networks.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
